Whether you are organizing a special birthday, wedding reception or corporate event, we have the perfect venue for you. Flexibility is key with numerous options available to suit most needs.
The Space
Our venue has the capacity to seat 70 people comfortably or up to 120 in total including standing guests. The function room can be easily adapted to meet the specific needs of your event. As well as 2 connecting function rooms, we have a large balcony offering views over the cricket ground which provides a magnificent backdrop to any event. The bar and adjoining function room, both of which open out onto the balcony, are attractively decorated, modern, light and airy.
Catering
We have several food caterers that we can recommend if you are struggling to decide on what food to serve at your event. Whether you’d like pizza, grazing tables or a classic buffet, we’re sure to have a vendor we can recommend. You’re also welcome to provide your own food if you’d prefer. Whichever option you chose, we can offer practical advice and tips based on our experience.
Music
We work exclusively with Absolute DJ’s who will be happy to provide a quote for entertainment at your event. The choices are endless with tribute acts, live music or children’s entertainment. The club also has a sound system, should you wish to provide some background music for your guests.
Access
Offering ample free parking and ideally located just 10 minutes drive from the M60 and 25 minutes from Manchester International Airport, Romiley Cricket Club is a superb choice for a meeting for anyone from around Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Please note
- Our function room is up stairs and does not currently have disabled access. The only access in via the stairs show in the video on our home page.
- We do not take bookings for birthdays below age 21, this includes children’s parties.
- Unfortunately we do not allow bouncy castles in the venue.
